• No Large Parties or excessively loud music

• Smoking in the studios is a $100 fine

• Drug use is not permitted on the premises or in the parking lot

• No shoes are allowed on the cyc wall besides talent. You must either take your shoes off or put shoe covers on.

• No walking on the curved part of the cyc wall. Violating this policy WILL result in a $300 fine.

• Pets are not allowed on the premises unless permission has been given by staff prior to booking. Any damage to furniture or the studio in any way is the financial responsibility of guest who booked.

• Confetti, glitter, or popping champagne is not permitted on the premises.

• Please do not remove wall hangings unless discussed with the staff prior.

• No moving the couch or coffee table unless previously arranged with our staff.

• Full nudity is allowed in the studios but must be discussed with an employee.

• Adult content is NOT allowed and you will be asked to leave with no refund plus a fine. Files will also need to be deleted.

• Please return all furniture and props to their original position before leaving.

• Please do not use body oil, body sprays or self-tans that can stain the furniture or cyc wall.

• The use of paint of any kind must be discussed with an employee beforehand.

• Your booking starts from the time you book, not at the time of arrival. Please book appropriately to avoid any extra charges.

• If closing procedures are not completed before leaving the space, the guest will receive a warning unless repeated, which will result in a small fee.

Stepping on the Cyc Wall - $300.00

Turning Cameras off - $30 fee plus $300 deposit (to be returned upon session completion and nothing broken)

Breaking anything will result in a full reimbursement

There are small motion sensor security cameras installed throughout the studio. Your session will NOT be watched or intruded upon. It is purely for dispute purposes and will only be reviewed should any issues arise. 

There is full privacy with no cameras in the dressing area or bathrooms.

If you will be shooting anything that you do not want recorded, we can turn the cameras off in studio for your session. It will require a $300 deposit that will be returned at the end of the session if nothing is broken. A $30 fee will be incurred to ensure there is a staff member present at the end of the session to check the room.

WARNING 

The nature of the wall’s construction leaves it fragile and unable to support weight.  STEPPING ON ANY PART OF THE CURVE WILL CAUSE THE WALL TO CRACK. This will  result in a $300 fine. The blue tape is there to indicate the start of the curve but can be  removed for photos or videos. 

Lights 

The lights are controlled via Bluetooth from the GVM LED App

Once you download the app, the lights should be automatically detected. 

When opening the app for the first time be sure to accept all permissions or else the lights  will not be detected. 

They will have names that seem random but correlate to the characters on the back of the  lights. You can rename them from the key below. Number 1 being the far left light and  Number 6 being the far right light.

Once Connected, use the CCT tab for natural lighting options, and the HIS tab for color

options. Make sure to hit the power button in the center of the hue wheels to turn the lights

on.

The X Light can be turned on and dimmed with the switch located right beside the door on the black wall when you walk in.  Note this color balance is a constant ~4700K white only and doesn’t change.

Paper rolls are available for rent. Contact Mitch or Will to rent one. 

The staging area outside the door, indicated by black and yellow caution tape is free to be  used at your discretion for storing items and gear. The cart and clothing rack are there for  use during a rental but must be put back when the rental is over. Cables that are hanging up  are available to use but should be wrapped, tied, and put up at the end of the sessions.  Lights and stands are available for rent. If you did not rent these add-ons prior to the session start and would like to use them, please send a message to a studio staV member  to update the invoice. 

The Speaker is available to use but maintain reasonable volume to respect the other  people working. 

The Dressing Room and bathroom are free to use but should be tidied up when the rental  is over.  

Water, Coffee, and Tea are available in the Lobby. The lobby is available to use to sit and  relax if needed, but filming is not permitted. If a red light or recording sign is on, keep the  volume down to not interrupt other sessions.
